Experience the snow-capped Alpe di Siusi and enjoy the untouched nature – this can be done with snowshoeing on the Alpe di Siusi.
Your foot sinks into tender snow like it was cotton wool, you have already walked some kilometres and you still keep enjoying the panoramic view accompanying you at every turn.
Snow-shoeing is not only in line with the trend, it is also real fun and healthy. Snowshoes facilitate walking on the snow thanks to an adjustable binding, metal spikes used for extra grip. They are light-weight in order to make you fully enjoy your walk across a fairytale-like winter landscape.
Our snowshoe hike start at 9.30 am from the mountain station Seiser Alm Ski School office. It will lead us to Panorama hotel and Ladinser musk. Our trail will continue until Gstatscher hut where we will have lunch. After the well deserved break we will come back to Compatsch through the fields. This hike starts at 9.30 am from the Seiser Alm Ski School office at the cable car mountain station. The bus will bring us from to Saltria where our snowshoe will start: Zemmer hut, Hartl trail, Trojer Leiten and Sonnenhog hut. Once arrived at Sanon hut we will have lunch with a breathtaking panorama. After the well deserved break we will walk back to Saltria through the Seiser Alm fields. The Tuff hut is located in the midst of the wonderful fields of Seiser Alm area. We will reach it through a pleasant hike from the cable car valley station. After lunch a bus ride will bring us back to Seis.
