Every holiday morning, enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with many fresh and seasonal products from local farmers. Regional cheese and cold cuts are available, along with sweet pastries, fresh fruit, muesli, and yogurt. Our daily in-house hotel newsletter keeps you informed with the weather forecast and leisure tips.
In the afternoon, recharge with a tempting snack featuring sweet and savory treats.

At our e-bike rental, you can rent high-quality e-bikes at a preferential rate.
The Activehotel is a partner of the Golf Club St. Vigil/Siusi. Our guests enjoy various benefits at the golf course, such as 20% off the green fee and guaranteed tee times. At the reception, you can get the golf guest card, information, and flyers about the St. Vigil/Siusi golf course.

Winter Info:

In the hotel lobby, we have a ski info corner where you’ll find all information about skiing, cross-country skiing, and winter hiking.
Purchase your ski pass directly at our reception, avoiding long waits at public sales points.
Snowshoe, trekking pole, and hiking backpack rentals are available at the reception.
Hotel ski shuttle: Use our private morning shuttle to the cable car. Return with the public shuttle bus (Line No. 1). Departure times for the Diana ski shuttle are between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. every 30 minutes. Public shuttle times are available at the reception.
At the reception, you will receive a promo code for online ski rental with our partner K&K, giving you 17–20% discount on online rentals.

At Activehotel Diana, a covered swimming pool is available for refreshing and relaxing hours. Swim along the beautiful mural paintings of Lake Caldaro. A 110 m² indoor pool (30°C) awaits you for special moments of relaxation.
In our Tyrolean-style sauna area, featuring a Finnish sauna, aromatic herbal sauna, and Turkish steam bath, pure relaxation awaits. Unwind in the quiet rooms at your leisure, and refresh yourself at the tea bar with herbal teas and juices.

Bathrobe & bath slippers

BATHROBE We will provide you with a bathrobe free of charge and it will be in your room when you arrive. We charge € 8.- for changing the bathrobe during your stay. Please take them back to your room after using the wellness area. Bath slippers can be purchased at the reception for a fee of € 3,-.

Children’s Discounts and Reductions

Although we consider children very important, they still pay much less. Travel groups also receive a special rate.

7-13 years = 50%
from 14 years = 25%

High season

0-2 years = 90%
3-6 years = 75%
7-13 years = 50%
from 14 years = 25%

Group discounts

15 – 20 persons: 10%
20 – 35 persons: 15%
35 – 50 persons: 20%

Confirmation of your reservation

Upon receipt of your written reservation and a deposit, your reservation is considered binding.

Tourist tax

In addition to the accommodation price, a tourist tax of €3.00 for the annex and €3.50 for the main building is charged (exempt for children under 14 years).

Pets

You are welcome to bring your pet weighing up to 30 kg on your holiday. The cost is €15 per day without meals. Please bring your own dog blanket and bowl.

Check-in/Check-out

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2:00 pm at the earliest.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy

We don’t want it to happen, but sometimes unexpected events occur.
Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that no cancellation fees will be charged if you have to cancel your trip late or cannot travel at all due to illness or other valid reasons.
