Booking confirmation

The booking is considered mandatory after the deposit of 20% of the total amount. Deposits can be made by bank transfer or online with credit card.

Cancellation conditions

• Free until 45 days before arrival
• 44-30 days vevor arrival: 20% of the booked stay
• 29-15 days vevor arrival: 40% of the booked stay
• 14-3 days vevor arrival: 60% of the booked stay
• from 2 days vevor arrival: 100% of the booked stay

In order to avoid you having to pay any cancellation fees, if you are late or late, we recommend you take out a EUROPIAN TRAVEL INSURANCE.

Visitor’s tax

In addition to the price of the stay, a visitor’s tax of € 2.10 for the dependance and € 2.50 for the Activehotel must be paid. (except children under 14 years)

Pets are allowed

We ask you to register pets when booking. Information and prices on request.

Check-in/Check-out

On the day of your arrival, your room will be available from 2 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11 am.
